We’re Bright/Shift - and we’re hunting for a freelance Figma-first designer to help us turn brand assets into performance-led paid social magic.

What we need:

• You live in Figma (UI background a big plus).
• You can take a bank of brand assets and spin them into incredible social ads.
• Your portfolio includes paid social ad creative (this is a must).

The setup:

• Freelance, hourly rate to start.
• Remote-friendly, flexible.
• Big chance to grow into part-time or full-time.

Who you are:

• You know how to adapt to a brand world, fast.
• You design with performance + beauty in mind.
• You’ve worked with UI before and understand how to leverage systems.
