Global Wholesale

Position Summary A women’s advanced contemporary RTW brand is looking for an experienced, dynamic sales professional to drive their global wholesale business. This person should bring a mix of major and specialty retail experience and have established relationships with top-tier international retailers and buyers. A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, the ideal candidate will be deeply knowledgeable about the global fashion market and passionate about bringing the brand to new heights. Key Responsibilities

• Own and grow the global wholesale strategy for the brand across major and specialty retailers
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the U.S., Canada, Europe, and APAC
• Lead seasonal market appointments and manage the end-to-end sales process
• Work closely with internal teams (design, production, marketing) to align on brand vision and product strategy
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in existing and emerging markets
• Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decision-making
• Represent the brand at international trade shows, showroom appointments, and other market events
• Manage account communications, order follow-ups, and delivery coordination

Qualifications

• 5+ years of global wholesale experience in the fashion industry
• Proven success managing and growing both major and specialty retail accounts internationally
• Deep relationships with global buyers and key retailers
• Strong understanding of global markets with emphasis on North America, Europe, and APAC
• Previous showroom and trade show experience preferred
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently, remotely, and across time zones
• Strategic yet hands-on, with a passion for fashion and business development
