Our Associates focus on client impact with curiosity and a feeling of relentless commitment. About the role and what you will be doing:Multimedia & Video Production:

• Edit and enhance video content for marketing campaigns, social media, sales enablement, events, and internal communications.
• Design and produce motion graphics and animated explainers using After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
• Develop engaging digital experiences by incorporating multimedia elements into marketing and product storytelling.
• Work with existing footage and stock assets to craft compelling visual narratives.
• Assist in video shoots and support post-production workflows.

Graphic Design & Branding:

• Design high-quality visual assets for digital ads, social media, product marketing, sales presentations, events, and more.
• Assist in the design and production of publications (digital & print), such as white papers, infographics, and brochures.
• Ensure all creative output adheres to brand guidelines while bringing fresh ideas to the table.

AI & Innovation in Design:

• Utilize AI-driven design tools to enhance efficiency, automate repetitive tasks, and explore new creative possibilities.
• Stay on top of emerging AI technologies in design, animation, and multimedia content creation.

Collaboration & Strategy:

• Work closely with the Senior Graphic Designer to support creative projects and share insights.
• Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and product teams to develop assets that align with business objectives.
• Research design, animation, and multimedia trends, bringing fresh ideas to Ensono’s creative content.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design and multimedia content creation.
• Strong video editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools).
• Proficiency in motion graphics and animation techniques.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• A portfolio showcasing both graphic and multimedia work, demonstrating a strong understanding of visual storytelling.
• Ability to balance multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work efficiently across time zones.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for innovation in design.
• Strong communication skills with fluency in English.

Bonus Skills (Preferred But Not Required)

• Experience in UX/UI design or interactive content.
• Familiarity with 3D design tools like Blender or Cinema 4D.
• Understanding of social media video trends (LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok formats).
• Knowledge of AI-powered design tools and automation workflows.
• Previous experience in B2B tech or enterprise marketing.
