Join a fast-growing premium cold brew coffee brand as a Social Media Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping and expanding our digital presence across key platforms. As we scale our distribution throughout VIC and NSW, you will be responsible for developing and executing a content strategy that drives brand awareness, follower growth, and sales. This role requires a creative, hands-on professional who understands the nuances of the Australian market and can authentically represent our brand voice. You will collaborate closely with the team to ensure all content aligns with our brand values and resonates with our target audience of coffee enthusiasts, boutique grocers, and café owners. Deliverables
- Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar, including themes, post ideas, captions, and hashtags tailored to our brand and audience.
- Design visually compelling graphics and assets using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Produce and edit short-form video content for Instagram Reels and TikTok, highlighting product features, brand story, and customer experiences.
- Write engaging, on-brand captions that drive engagement and reflect our unique voice.
- Schedule and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, ensuring consistency and optimal timing.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and audience insights to inform content strategy and optimize performance.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a vibrant online community.
- Track and report on key metrics, providing actionable insights to improve reach and engagement.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing social media for consumer brands, ideally in the food and beverage or lifestyle sector.
- Strong portfolio showcasing content creation, visual design, and video editing skills.
- Proficiency with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute content calendars and social strategies.
- Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook best practices, including trends, algorithms, and analytics.
- Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to craft engaging, brand-aligned copy.
- Based in Australia, with a strong grasp of local market trends and consumer behavior.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently to meet deadlines.
- Experience with social media scheduling tools is a plus.
