Art Director (Volunteer)

We’re building a PvE extraction looter-shooter in Unreal Engine and are looking for an Art Director to join our core team.

This role is about setting vision and guiding people, not asset grinding.

What we’re looking for:·        Strong sense of environment art, mood and world-building·        Background in concept art and visual storytelling·        Ability to lead and align an art team·        Experience with 3D workflows (technical skills are a plus)Your role:·        Define and protect the visual identity of the world·        Guide artists to work cohesively and efficiently·        Make high-level artistic decisions for environmentsNote:This is an unpaid early-stage role, ideal for someone seeking creative ownership, portfolio impact and a key role in shaping a studio from the ground up.📩 DM us or drop your CV if interested.
