Brand Director & Social Media Manager
HYGO is hiring a Brand Director & Social Media Manager to define and scale the public face of the company. This role owns HYGO’s brand, while deeply understanding how their software enables content creation at scale.
What you’ll own
- Build brand identity from the ground up (visual + voice)
- Define brand guidelines used across marketing, product, and media
- Run official social accounts (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
- Create campaigns for product launches, growth, and hiring
- Produce brand assets (social, ads, decks, landing pages)
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years in brand design, creative direction, or social leadership
- Strong hands-on design ability (portfolio required)
- Experience building or significantly evolving brands—not just maintaining them
- Startup mindset and comfort operating without a playbook
- Strong visual design skills — you can produce polished brand assets yourself, not just direct others to do so. Portfolio required
- Experience managing official brand social media accounts with demonstrated audience growth and engagement
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills — you can write a tweet, a brand manifesto, and ad copy with equal confidence
- Self-directed and comfortable with ambiguity — you'll be building the playbook, not following one
- Proficiency in your design tools of choice (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, Canva, or whatever you prefer — we have no mandated toolchain)
- Understanding of AI and tech culture — you don't need to be technical, but you should be fluent in the world Studio operates in
- Bonus: experience at a startup or creator economy company, motion/video design skills, experience building a brand guide from scratch
Comp
- $70K–$110K base + performance bonuses
- Remote-first
