Impact Promotions is an automotive-focused direct mail marketing agency working with dealerships across the country. Our core campaigns are built around highly personalized direct mail that integrates with digital components such as landing pages, video, and interactive web elements.

Direct mail remains the foundation of our business, but we are continuing to expand our digital presence and web capabilities as part of our long-term growth. Our internal team manages creative, content, and campaign execution in-house, supporting client campaigns that combine traditional direct mail with modern digital experiences.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Full-Stack Web Developer with strong graphic design capabilities to design and build a modern, visually engaging website from the ground up. This is a creative-first project where visual design, interactivity, and user experience are just as important as clean, functional development.

This is not a template-based website project. We are hiring specifically for custom design and custom development that reflects our brand, services, and interactive marketing approach.

We have clear inspiration examples and overall direction for the look and feel of the site, but we are looking for a developer who can take ownership of execution, contribute thoughtful creative ideas, and elevate the final product through strong design and functionality.

This role is focused on design and development only. Our internal team of writers and content creators will provide all website content, so this position will not be responsible for copywriting.

The selected candidate will work closely with our internal team throughout the project to align on vision, functionality, and user experience. We are a lean, collaborative team that values strong communication, responsiveness, and long-term working relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop a modern, interactive company website from concept to launch
• Handle both front-end and back-end development
• Create custom graphics, layouts, and visual web elements in-house
• Improve site flow, user experience, and overall functionality
• Incorporate animation, movement, and dynamic interactive features where appropriate
• Build responsive designs optimized for desktop and mobile
• Implement features such as interactive maps, landing pages, and embedded media
• Collaborate with our team on creative direction, branding, and functionality
• Optimize website performance, speed, and usability

Qualifications

• Proven experience in both web development and web design
• Strong portfolio of websites you personally designed and developed is required
• Ability to handle both the creative design and technical execution of a website
• Proficiency in WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks
• Experience with both front-end and back-end development
• Strong creative eye for layout, branding, and user experience
• Ability to work independently while maintaining clear communication with a team
• Strong attention to detail and overall site performance

Preferred

• Automotive industry experience
• Agency or marketing website experience
• Experience building interactive maps, animated elements, or dynamic web features
• Familiarity with landing pages, lead capture sites, or campaign-driven websites

Compensation

Compensation is flexible and based on experience, portfolio quality, and project scope. We are open to hourly or project-based structures and are willing to invest in the right candidate whose experience, creativity, and execution align with our goals.
