Talent Attraction Brand Specialist At TE, you will unleash your potential working with people from diverse backgrounds and industries to create a safer, sustainable and more connected world.Job Overview As the Talent Attraction Brand Specialist at TE Connectivity, you will coordinate, design, and activate the recruitment brand strategy to better engage, excite, and hire qualified candidates. You will collaborate with various internal teams to deliver business outcomes, grow brand awareness, and position TE Connectivity as an employer of choice in key markets. Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the execution of the Employee Value Proposition within the Talent Attraction organization globally
  • Partner with the Sourcing team to align branding strategies with the global sourcing strategy
  • Design and execute large global branding campaigns, aligned with key Talent Attraction and business initiatives
  • Create a community of practice for sharing regional branding best practices
  • Serve as a branding SME on key Fiscal Year 2026 projects
  • Develop engaging content for various recruitment marketing channels
  • Ensure consistency between employer brand and overall company brand identity
  • Partner with regional leaders to Implement targeted recruitment campaigns for key growth areas
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and improve employer brand efforts
  • Manage the company's presence on employer review sites
  • Develop relationships with universities, professional associations, and industry partners
  • Create and update employer branding materials
  • Stay informed about industry trends in employer branding and recruitment marketing
  • Work with social team on Life@TE campaigns for global audience
  • Provide input to Brand team on branding assets and templates for use by TA, employees, etc.
  • Oversee Life@TE dashboard to ensure recruiters have access to analytics to further their actions
  • Executive Branding strategy for Head of TA

QualificationsWhat your background should look like

  • 3-5 years of experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, or a similar role
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and social media platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Creativity in developing compelling content for various audiences
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • High degree of data and results orientation
  • Demonstrated experience working collaboratively in a global, matrixed organization
  • Knowledge of executive recruiting techniques, recruiting plan development, and sourcing methods
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred)
  • Experience with ATS and graphic design tools (preferred)
  • This role requires a strategic thinker with strong creative and analytical skills who can collaborate effectively across various teams to enhance TE Connectivity's employer brand and attract top talent globally

  • Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $117,900 – 147,300 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
  • Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
