Job title: Junior Designer (contract)Key Responsibilities
- Design a wide range of brand assets including social media content, product launch visuals, sales decks, digital ads, and email graphics, using existing brand guidelines
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to deliver design content aligned with campaign goals and timelines
- Contribute to ideation sessions and help shape visual storytelling across our channels, bringing creative ideas to the table
- Quickly pick up and run with new design tasks, managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Create designs that are consistent across platforms (web, social, email, advertising) while still being tailored to each channel’s best practices
- Work alongside Product and Sales teams to design visual assets that support feature launches and sales enablement materials
- Adapt and iterate existing creative templates to suit different use cases or audiences
- Ensure all design outputs are high quality, on-brand, and delivered on time
- Respond constructively to feedback and make revisions efficiently
- Take ownership of assigned projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet project objectives
Your Background
- 1–2 years of design experience working at an agency or in-house, for a company of any size. You’re used to managing a wide range of briefs and producing work efficiently that gets published on social media, websites and other channels
- Confident using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar design platforms
- Motion graphics skills are desirable for potential future work, but not essential
- A team player with strong communication skills who enjoys collaborating with others across departments
- Comfortable working independently and managing time effectively in a part-time, remote role
- Able to interpret brand guidelines and apply them consistently across new assets
- A self-starter who takes initiative and is proactive in identifying what needs to be done
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking and versatility across digital formats
Desirable but not essential
- Experience creating icon sets or interface elements for technology products
- Experience working in SaaS or Tech
- Experience with motion graphics
