Job Description

Posted on: November 5, 2025

Pitch's mission to change the way people craft, deliver, and share presentations is an ambitious one — and design sits at the very heart of it. As Senior Product Designer, you'll shape experiences that empower teams to tell their stories more beautifully and effectively. From discovery to delivery, you'll work across disciplines to turn complex challenges into elegant, intuitive solutions that delight our users and elevate our brand. You'll collaborate closely with Product, Engineering and Leadership to define what's next for Pitch, contribute to our design system, and help nurture a design culture rooted in clarity, consistency, and craft. What You'll Do

  • Drive end-to-end design for key product areas — from research and concepting to polished, production-ready designs
  • Collaborate closely with Engineers, and other Designers to create simple, cohesive, and user-centered solutions
  • Use prototypes and user feedback to test and validate ideas quickly, iterating toward the best outcome
  • Evolve and maintain our design system to ensure quality, accessibility, and visual consistency across Pitch
  • Contribute to design critiques, team discussions, and documentation that raise the bar for design excellence
  • Partner with the broader organization to align design decisions with business and user goals

Requirements

  • You have extensive experience designing for digital products, ideally in a SaaS or productivity software context
  • You're skilled in end-to-end product design — from early discovery and information architecture to high-fidelity UI and prototyping
  • You combine strong visual design sensibility with a deep understanding of interaction and UX principles
  • You care deeply about craft and quality, but you also know when to be pragmatic and ship
  • You have worked on products or features powered by generative AI. You are excited about putting AI in the hands of non-technical users and evolving design patterns for the AI era. You feel comfortable working in both Figma and in code to shape ideas and build prototypes
  • You're a strong communicator who can clearly articulate design decisions and their impact to cross-functional teams
  • You thrive in collaborative, iterative environments and are comfortable with asynchronous, remote-first workflows

Bonus points if you've worked with presentation tools, collaboration software, or have a passion for helping people tell great stories visually. If you're excited by the idea of designing tools that empower creativity, collaboration, and clarity for teams around the world — we'd love to hear from you.
