Graphic Designer – Visual Communications SupportOverview
SolomonEdwards is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to provide visual communications support for a dynamic technology organization. This role focuses on creating compelling graphics and visual content that help communicate strategic priorities, achievements, and initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop graphics and visualizations that bring strategic priorities and initiatives to life.
- Create visually compelling presentations, infographics, and collateral for executive leadership and internal communications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective visual solutions.
- Support the development and execution of a visual communications strategy across the organization.
- Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and maintain a high standard of design quality.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in graphic design or visual communications.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and presentation platforms (PowerPoint, Keynote).
- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, ability to build relationships with stakeholders, and a collaborative mindset.
- Business Acumen: Interest in strategy and operational excellence; ability to align visuals with organizational goals.

Engagement Details
- Duration: 6 - 9 months
- Commitment: Part-time (approximately 20 hours/week), remote work.
- Rate: $53 - $63/hr
Travel Requirements: No travel will be required, unless at the client's discretion.

Salary Range: SolomonEdwards values your unique and individual experience and background. As such, we take a comprehensive approach when determining compensation for our roles. The compensation for this specific role is based on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to education, licensure and certifications, location, experience, and training. A reasonable estimate for the current hourly range for this role is $50 – 65.
