  • Experience working in fast-paced, autonomous environments managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to advocate for design decisions in cross-functional teams
  • Awareness of how AI can enhance creative workflows, balancing technological tools with good taste and judgment

Bonus qualifications include experience with 3D modeling and Cinema 4D, as well as prior work in fintech or crypto sectors. Responsibilities

  • Define and develop Rain’s motion language by establishing principles, guidelines, and reusable animation systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and intentional design across all brand touchpoints

  • Flexible working arrangements, including remote work options and a stipend for home office setup
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans for US-based employees and dependents, fully subsidized by the company
  • Retirement savings plan with a 401(k) option and a 4% company match
