2. About the Opportunity:
The Senior Product Designer role focuses on enhancing patient experiences in finding suitable therapists by collaborating with the patient matching team. The position is pivotal in setting the experience vision and directly contributes to making mental health care more accessible and affordable through design innovation and cross-functional teamwork.
3. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using interaction design, prototyping, and visual design to evolve product vision and create design solutions.
- Contribute to and develop the organization’s design system as provider experiences scale.
- Support team culture, processes, and help build a high-caliber startup design team.
4. Requirements:
- 5-8 years of experience as a Product Designer.
- Experience delivering innovative consumer-facing experiences, preferably in mobile web.
- Proficiency in Figma and collaboration with product, engineering, and user research teams.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating diverse projects.
- Motivation to address access and affordability challenges in mental health care.
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
- Starting salary for this role is $200,000.
