Manga Illustrator & Industry Development Representative (Remote)About Trinity RecordsTrinity Records is seeking a highly skilled Black-and-White Manga Illustrator to join the development of Glitch God, an original manga franchise created by L3o®.The project already has completed color concept artwork, character designs, story development, and worldbuilding. Because manga is traditionally published in black and white, we are looking for an artist capable of transforming the existing vision into a professionally illustrated manga suitable for publication and future adaptation opportunities.This is an opportunity to become a key contributor to a long-term intellectual property with ambitions spanning manga, anime, merchandise, licensing, gaming, and other media.ResponsibilitiesManga Illustration• Create professional-quality black-and-white manga pages based on provided scripts, storyboards, references, and colored concept artwork.• Maintain visual consistency across characters, environments, action scenes, and storytelling.• Produce artwork suitable for publication and commercial release.• Collaborate with the creator to ensure the artistic vision of Glitch God is executed at the highest possible level.• All submitted artwork must be fully human-created and may not be generated through artificial intelligence tools.Industry Development & Networking• Utilize existing relationships within the manga, anime, comic, publishing, and entertainment industries.• Introduce and pitch Glitch God to publishers, editors, studios, distributors, and industry professionals.• Help identify opportunities for publication, licensing, adaptation, and strategic partnerships.• Assist in positioning Glitch God for long-term growth within the manga and anime marketplace.Community Growth• Help grow awareness and engagement around the Glitch God franchise.• Contribute ideas for audience growth, fan engagement, and community development.• Support efforts to establish a dedicated fan base around the project.Requirements• Strong portfolio demonstrating professional-level manga artwork.• Exceptional black-and-white illustration skills.• Experience with manga paneling, storytelling, pacing, and action sequences.• Strong understanding of anatomy, backgrounds, character design, and visual storytelling.• Reliable communication and ability to meet agreed-upon deadlines.• Existing industry relationships within manga, anime, comics, publishing, or entertainment are strongly preferred.• Passion for helping build a long-term franchise.• AI-generated or AI-assisted artwork will not be accepted.Compensation• 12% ongoing royalty participation related to the manga project.• 10% of upfront payments, advances, option fees, licensing fees, partnership fees, or similar compensation actually received by Trinity Records that directly result from introductions or opportunities originated by the illustrator.Examples include:• Publishing agreements• Anime options or development agreements• Licensing agreements• Merchandise partnerships• Strategic business partnershipsCompensation under this incentive becomes payable only after Trinity Records receives the corresponding funds.Intellectual PropertyAll copyrights, trademarks, story concepts, characters, scripts, designs, worldbuilding elements, and intellectual property associated with Glitch God remain the exclusive property of Trinity Records and its creator.
