Tripo Al is building next-generation tools for 3D content creation, supporting use cases across gaming, design,animation, ecconmerce, education and digitalnedia. As VAST/Tripo al continues to grow internationally, we are looking for a Regional Operations Manager to helpbuildour presence in the UK market and connect with local creators, studios, partners and communities.

About the Role

We're looking for a creative designer who understands the local market, creator culture, and social media trends. You'll create localized content that brings Tripo's products and creator stories to life through compelling visuals, videos, and campaigns, helping grow our brand and creator community.

Core Responsibilities

• Create engaging visual content across social media, marketing campaigns, product launches, creator stories, tutorials, and community initiatives.
• Design and produce graphics, short-form videos, motion content, presentations, landing pages, and other creative assets.
• Transform global campaigns into localized content that resonates with regional creators and reflects local culture, trends, and aesthetics.
• Stay on top of local content trends, creator culture, and platform best practices to continuously improve creative quality and engagement.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Community, Growth, Product, and Creator teams to support GTM campaigns and organic growth.

Requirements

• Experience in creative design, content creation, or visual marketing.
• Strong skills in graphic design, video editing, and visual storytelling.
• Deep understanding of local social media trends, internet culture, and creator ecosystems.
• Excellent creative taste and attention to detail.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, CapCut, or similar creative tools.
• Experience with AI creative tools is preferred; familiarity with 3D, gaming, digital art, or creator workflows is a strong plus.
• Fluent English is required; proficiency in the local language is highly preferred.
