Position overview

You’ll be the first product designer on the team, owning the design foundation across the product. You will own design across the entire product: from dashboards to flows to micro-interactions. This is a zero-layers role: no design managers, no meetings about meetings. Just you, our devs, and real users.

Key responsibilities 🔑

• Shape clean, intuitive, conversion-focused interfaces
• Simplify complex data into elegant UI
• Own the design system, brand touchpoints, and UX patterns
• Collaborate tightly with the founder and engineering team
• Ship fast, iterate faster, and care deeply about what’s in users’ hands

The must-haves 🌟

• 5+ years designing b2b SaaS or dashboards (bonus: marketing/analytics tools) 
• You care more about Smart UX than flashy designs
• You’ve shipped multiple complex SaaS interfaces
• Mastery of Figma (and love for atomic design systems)
• User-first thinking and clear communication
• Self-managed, async-friendly, and fast-moving mindset
• A no-ego attitude and obsession with clean UX

Nice to have

• Frontend chops (html/css/react understanding = big plus)
• Experience in data-heavy or marketing-tech environments
