About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Designer who is also proficient in building and shipping code to take ownership of the end-to-end UI/UX of our AI-native cybersecurity platform. This hands-on role requires an individual capable of translating complex security workflows into intuitive, precise interfaces that facilitate high-stakes decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing user-facing products and a solid understanding of frontend development, particularly in React, TypeScript, and TailwindCSS. You will collaborate closely with backend engineers, security researchers, and product managers to create seamless, impactful user experiences. Your responsibilities will include managing the product design system, defining interaction patterns for human-in-the-loop AI workflows, and contributing to frontend architecture and standards. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence a core product surface, work directly with founders and senior engineers, and make a tangible impact on cybersecurity technology.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience designing and building user-facing products as a product designer, design engineer, or in a hybrid role
  • Proficiency in ReactJS, TypeScript, and TailwindCSS
  • Strong skills in Figma, including design systems, prototyping, and developer handoff
  • Experience translating complex workflows into intuitive interfaces
  • Deep understanding of usability, accessibility, and responsive design principles
  • Ability to own design decisions from research and concept to production-ready code
  • Experience working directly with engineers and product managers in fast-paced environments
  • Knowledge of WebSockets and Docker is a plus
  • Experience designing for developer tools, data dashboards, or AI interfaces
  • Familiarity with human-in-the-loop workflows, LLM agent UX, or security tools
  • Contributions to open-source UI frameworks or design systems are advantageous
  • Background in early-stage startups or cross-functional product teams
  • Interest or curiosity in cybersecurity and AI-enabled tooling; deep expertise is not mandatory

Responsibilities

  • Own the entire product design process, from research and concept development to implementation and deployment
  • Build and maintain the product design system using Figma, React, TypeScript, and TailwindCSS
  • Translate complex security workflows into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for practitioners
  • Collaborate closely with backend engineers and security researchers to rapidly ship new features
  • Define and refine interaction patterns for human-in-the-loop AI experiences
  • Lead design reviews, contribute to component architecture, and establish frontend standards
  • Participate in cross-functional team discussions to align design and technical goals
  • Ensure usability, accessibility, and responsiveness across all product interfaces
  • Contribute to open-source UI frameworks or design systems when applicable

Benefits

  • Fully remote and flexible work environment
  • Competitive compensation package
  • Ownership over a core product surface with direct impact on product direction
  • Opportunity to collaborate directly with founders and senior engineers
  • Engagement in high-stakes, real-world cybersecurity projects
  • Work within a diverse, international team driven by innovation and resilience
  • Continuous learning and professional growth in AI, cybersecurity, and frontend development
