About The Role We are seeking a passionate and creative Junior UI/UX Designer to join our remote team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting the entire design lifecycle, from conducting user research and developing wireframes to creating high-fidelity prototypes and facilitating developer handoffs. Collaborating closely with product leads and developers, you will utilize modern design tools—including AI-assisted platforms—to craft intuitive and impactful user experiences. • Understanding of user research methodologies, usability testing, and data analysis.
• Knowledge of design systems and ability to contribute to maintaining consistency across products.
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies like HTML and CSS (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong communication skills for presenting ideas and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Problem-solving mindset with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes for new features and product improvements.
• Design user interface components while ensuring consistency across different touchpoints and adherence to the design system.

• Support and participate in user research activities, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing to gather valuable insights.
