The Role

We’re looking for a creative and ambitious **UI UX Designer** to join our growing team on a journey to make our flagship title Venue: Relaxing Design Game an everlasting design game franchise.

You will play a key role in creating delightful and meaningful experience for the game. You will have the unique opportunity of bringing big impact to a small and growing company that aims to change gaming landscape for women. You will be reporting to Lead UIUX Designer and the role is available as a full time contractor, remotely based in the UK or EU or EEU.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering team to create elegant user interface and experience that are flexible and efficient

- Keep up to date on market trends and best practices, leverage the insights from play testing and player research to inform game’s roadmap and feature designs.

- Build clear and comprehensive wireframes, user flows, prototypes and design documentation for our first title

- Work hands-on with developers and artists in the core team to implement user interfaces into the game

- Incorporate iterative design, live data and user testing throughout the development process to validate assumptions and make the best experience possible

What You Bring

- 3+ years of experience as a UX UI Designer in the gaming industry

- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to game mechanics and systems

- Fluent in Figma, Adobe suite or similar art production tools

- Strong interest in user-centered design and player experience

- Up-to-date knowledge with the latest UI trends, techniques and technologies

- Bonus points for experience in motion graphics.

- Thrives in small, autonomous, and highly productive teams

- Strong curiosity to AI tools is a big plus

- Have open collaborative working style and have excellent communication skills

- Passion for games, obsession with quality

Must Haves

- Strong familiarity with mobile games

- Proficiency in UX design tools like Figma for wireframes, prototyping, flowcharts, etc.

- Experience in integrating UI in Unity

- Games industry background

- Basic knowledge of animation in order to bring UI to life
